Payment methods we accept
We gladly accept wire transfers, American Express, Mastercard and Visa. Upon pickup, we also accept cash payments. Transactions are processed strictly in Euro. We ask you to check the exact exchange rate with the bank which issued your credit card.
Is there any flexibility in price?
The offered prices are the best we can do. However, in special cases, we can offer discounts to our returning customers.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, of course. We always issue a certified commercial invoice for every single sold watch.
Can I buy the watch without VAT, even if I reside outside of the EU?
Unfortunately, the answer is no. The tax-free regime can be only used on the export of brand-new goods. Dealing mostly with used collectibles, we are obliged to use difference taxation system according to §25a Umsatzsteuergesetz (UStG). VAT is not reflected in the invoice.
What does the shipping cost?
We offer fully-insured delivery with FedEx ( international).
How long does it all take?
Provided the payment is fully processed, the shipping can take up to 1 or 2 days within Europe. Due to customs clearance, this timeframe may vary for overseas destinations.
How high are importing charges?
Certain importing charges may be implied by the customs of your country if you reside in the European Union. This is different from country to country (in most cases no charges). We strongly advise checking limits for tax-free import set in your country. Our company bears no responsibility for any possible fees, charges, and taxes caused by importing procedure.
Can you declare a lower price on the airway bill?
We can not. All documents will always contain exact and correct information matching the invoice.
